Who we are
ProLogic Health Inc. ("ProLogic Health", "we") is a California corporation. This policy explains how we handle information on this website (prologichealth.com) and in RxLedger, our software for clinics.
Information we collect on this website
We collect information you choose to send us, such as your name, organization and email address when you email us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not sell information.
Information in RxLedger
Clinics use RxLedger to record medication inventory and, where needed, limited patient information such as a medical record number. We handle that information on the clinic's behalf, under a Business Associate Agreement with the clinic and as required by HIPAA. The clinic decides what is recorded and who can see it, and we use it only to provide and support the service. If you're a patient with a question about your records, please contact your clinic.
How we use information
To respond to you, to provide and secure our services, and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run our services, such as Amazon Web Services (RxLedger hosting), Netlify (website hosting) and Google (business email), under agreements that protect the information. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected parties of a breach as the law and our agreements require.
Retention
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law or our agreements with clinics require.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
